Sexual Health Department

Commissioned by Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust to create a mural for the Sexual Health department at the Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. This mural is the first thing that greets you as you enter the building from the street and the brief was to create something bright and welcoming, to create a less sterile environment than the current magnolia walls and handwritten signage.

When creating this mural, I focussed not only on buildings from Sheffield and the surrounding areas but linked them all together with a series of cheeky pipes and interwoven trees.

The artwork starts at the entrance to the department and then runs all the way up the stairs.
